Now that all the excitement of the wedding is over I thought it was time to get back to what Scientology is all about.

Scientology Weddings

With all the news about Scientology weddings, it was good to see that the TV stations covered some of the points that make Scientology weddings so special.

The Scientology wedding service is based on the principle called the ARC Triangle, ARC standing for Affinity, Reality and Communication.

This triangle is the basis of Understanding, that's what the results is of these three components being in.

The advice the Scientology minister gives couples about to be married is to never go to sleep on a broken ARC triangle but maintain the reality of their love with one another by healing any break in understanding through communication.

It's simple, but boy is it ever effective!

I had a Scientology wedding and it was great!  I especially liked the bit about the cat and the comb.  What that meant to me is that my husband had to pay attention to my whims as well as necessities -- in other words that I'm special and worth catering to.  Isn't that what it's all about? -- and my husband gets his share of being catered to too, of course; )

And, by the way, just take a look at her.  Isn't she the most lovely bride you'll ever see?

The way Scientology usually arrives in a new area is someone reads a book and decides to start helping people in his city with what he has read. He may start a Dianetics or Scientology group and from there the next thing is a Scientology mission.

Cruise buys studio

I was so glad to see the news about Tom Cruise.

This article states it all:

- Tom Cruise has bought his own movie studio.

The 'Mission Impossible' star and his producer partner Paula Wagner have teamed up with MGM to reform United Artists. The classic studio, which revolutionised Hollywood, was founded 85 years ago by Charlie Chaplin and other top stars of the time.

The 'Top Gun' actor will produce and star in the company's films, though he will be available for other projects.

MGM CEO Harry E. Sloan announced yesterday (02.11.06): "Cruise and Wagner will have substantial ownership of United Artists. Budget permitting they will have almost complete control over green-lighting and developing new productions."

Cruise said: "Paula and I are very respectful of the rich history and tradition of United Artists, and we welcome the opportunity to contribute to that legacy by providing a wide range of releases that appeal to all audiences. It's our desire to create an environment where filmmakers can thrive and see their visions realised."

It is great to see Tom Cruise doing so well.

Scientology Event

I went to the IAS event last weekend.

If you haven't seen it yet, and you live in a city other than LA or Clearwater (or of course in the UK), it is probably going to be showing at your org this weekend.

DO go to the seminar too. That's the next day (either Sat or Sun, depending on when your event is being shown).

I was so impressed with the Scientologists who won the Freedom Medal awards.

And wait till you hear the final speech of the event by David Miscavige!
