Wisdom is for everyone

Here is another great quote from L. Ron Hubbard:
I know of no man who has any monopoly upon the wisdom of this universe. It belongs to those who can use it to help themselves and others.
And that is what Scientology is all about: using the wisdom of Scientology to help yourself and others. Go here to get started: What is Scientology?

Goals, hopes, ambitions and dreams

Here is a quote from L. Ron Hubbard's book "Science of Survival" that should give you some food for thought:
Without goals, hopes, ambitions or dreams, the attainment of pleasure is
nearly impossible
Do you know what your goals, hopes, ambitions and dreams are? Have you ever sat down and figured them out? Try it. You will find you life becomes a more pleasant.

The Basic Individual

In the very first book on Dianetics, called "The Dynamics of Life", L. Ron Hubbard said:
The basic individual is not a buried unknown or a different person, but an
intensity of all that is best and most able in the person.
So realize that you are basically very capable and that you can achieve you true abilities through Dianetics and Scientology.

Church of Scientology of Stuttgart

The Church of Scientology of Stuttgart is one of my favorite Scientology churches. They have recently purchased new premises and they will be fully renovating them before moving in.

You walk into this church and you are immediately hit by the enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff and public.

Of course you can probably say that about any Scientology church of mission. But some more so, and Stuttgart is on of those really exceptional ones.

It's just as David Miscavige described in This is Scientology -- when you have a group like this that is not operating with a material goal but rather a spiritual one people notice the difference the minute the walk through the door.

Human Rights - An Important Issue

Mary Robinson, former president or Ireland and former UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. From London, was interviewedo on Voice of America on the subject of small arms and the horrendous human rights violations from the salve of them to African nations.

She is quoted as saying:

"This is a review of a conference five years ago in which some promises and commitments were made that are actually in a way being diluted in not having any reference in the text at the moment to international human rights law or international humanitarian law as part of the global rules that are needed to control arms. In those five years 1.8 million people were killed by small arms. They are the weapons of mass destruction as I saw when I was UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and visiting the Congo, visiting Sierra Leone, The Balkans, East Timor. It’s terrible what’s happening now with the militia in Darfur, killing and raping women at the end of a gun. It’s just awful we’re not seeing the urgency in tackling this."

Human rights are an urgent issue. I am personally very committed to the implementation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Scientology churches
work with human rights groups to promote education in human rights a way to raise public conscience on the subject.
